Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Each order is custom made from the hardware, color of BioThane, length of leash, or sizing of collar, etc. Being a one man operation these orders do take time to complete and are not premade items. Please be patient while I try to get orders out as quick as possible. Some orders may take up to three weeks to complete. This does not include shipping time.

Shipping
We offer different shipping options. We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Once the package has left the shop, it is in the shipping careers hands and I do not have control over any shipping delays.

For out of country (outside of the US) shipping will vary.

Returns
Unfortunately, since all orders are custom made, I am not able to accept returns. Please be extra careful when ordering and feel free to reach out with any questions before placing your order. We want to make sure that your order is exactly what you want.
